What is your return policy?

Any product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date of arrival. For US buyers, a free return label comes included in every order. International buyers will unfortunately have to pay for the return shipping.

Our priority is the best customer experience possible, so as long as products are returned with all their original packaging and don’t show signs of wear*, we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange or refund.
*t-shirts cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been worn or put in the wash.

Can I get a refund?

Absolutely, just shoot us an email with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest from there.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do. However, buyers are responsible for customs fees and shipping on returned orders.

What method of shipping do you use?

Currently, all orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

Are tracking numbers available?

Absolutely. Every order ships with its own tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

For any products that we keep in stock, you can expect your order to ship in 1-3 business days. However, since handmade products and made to order, those can take up to 1 week before being shipped out.

How do I wash and care for my hand painted shirt?

Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low setting. For best results, wash inside out and leave to dry on a flat surface. DEDA Concept Clothing guarantees your shirt will hold up to 2 years of regular washing if you follow the care instructions.

Do you do custom designs?

At this time, we have no intension to accept requests for custom designs. Each design that we produce is the result of an intensive creative process and as such cannot be altered or changed in any way
